First of all I will say that customer service was awesome. I changed optic cut after I ordered and they took care of it without any problems. Now on to the product. Machine work is flawless, and they package it with care. There is one small negative, and I say this with experience. The Cerakote was applied very well, but I would stop painting the slide rails, breech face, and barrel lug area. I couldn’t have beat the slide into the frame with a rubber mallet. I had to remove all of the Cerakote from the rails, and barrel lug area. My S2 is not a safe queen and gets shot every weekend in USPSA. My factory S2 slide rails look like chrome. I would give it a 4-1/2 star rating but there’s not a 1/2 star.

From ordering to receiving the slide was about 2 months. No doubt this is very high quality machine work. The slide is very tight at first but breaks in very quickly. Wait was definitely worth it. Looking forward to competing with it.

I wish I could buy 4 more, if available immediately kindly advise.

If you’re shooting a shadow 2 in USPSA and having a hard time getting rid of forward slide dip. This is the key. I had this for years finally paid attention. This slide 124 grain ammo and brass grips makes for an unbelievable balance. Now i have two. My heavy slides are backup now. Hoping I can get good enough for promotional codes soon on a p10 I want to pimp out.

with primary machine. I ordered the drop-in slide for a S2 build, waited patiently for almost 2 months and finally got the email that it was shipped. And the next day it was delivered. I lubed the slide up, test fit and was amazed at the fitment. Ran the slide several dozen times but it didn't seem like it needed it. Just absolutely beautiful work to the folks at primary. I'll be back that's for sure.

Excellent machining and slide is light. Shadow 2 with SRO appears very balance now. Cherish is the best and will make sure you're satisfied with the product and easy to talk to if you have any concerns. Will order another one and will send my stock slide for optic milling and slide lightening. Thanks again
