Unless otherwise noted on a particular item, all in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. Primary Machine will not be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in shipping. We have zero control over your package after it’s out of our care. Because of this, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you select the option to insure your packages! Insurance for parts and accessories can be added HERE.
We stand behind our products 100%. If a product is defective, simply contact us to return it with the order number and we will refund or replace it 100% on us. Some items, such as slides or barrels, have their own return policy(ies) that can be read about in the items description.
Items you wish to return that are in full working order and still unused and in it's original packaging can be returned with a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept returns on products which do not include original packaging.
We back our products with a lifetime warranty against defects that would render a part not working. Obviously things like finishes will not last forever, so we cannot and do not make guarantees on it. With that said, if a finish is showing abnormal wear in an abnormal time frame, we will refinish it on us.
*We will not warranty items which were damaged as a direct result of customer abuse, improper use, improper installment, etc.*
-Primary Machine offers free assembly and disassembly on slides that are sent in for milling. If a sight gets damaged while disassembling, we will not warranty or replace the sights. Although we usually have no issues with this there are times where the sights are "welded" on and are nearly impossible to get off. If you would like to ensure that your sights are not damaged during this process we recommend you removing them yourself before sending your slide in to us.
-Our Black Nitride service is offered through a third party and not completed in house. Although the coating company we use is highly recommend we cannot be held responsible for any damage or dings that can sometimes occur when sending items out to coating. If you want to ensure the best care is taken with your slide with the least amount of of risk we recommend getting the cerakote we offer in house.
Customer is responsible for making sure that their order is 100% as they want it BEFORE ORDERING. Once your order has been placed, there is no changing it. It will have to be cancelled and re placed. ALL orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee - regardless of when or why you cancel.
