Shipping & Shipping Insurance
Unless otherwise noted on a particular item, all in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. Primary Machine will not be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in shipping. We have zero control over your package after it’s out of our care. Because of this, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you select the option to insure return packages! Insurance on slide work can be added from the drop down on the particular slide package or optic milling package you're ordering. Insurance for parts and accessories can be added HERE.
We stand behind our products 100%. If a product is defective, simply contact us to return it with the order number and we will refund or replace it 100% on us. Some items, such as slides or barrels, have their own return policy(ies) that can be read about in the items description.
Items you wish to return that are in full working order and still unused and in it's original packaging can be returned with a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept returns on products which do not include original packaging.
We back our products with a lifetime warranty against defects that would render a part not working. Obviously things like finishes will not last forever, so we cannot and do not make guarantees on it. With that said, if a finish is showing abnormal wear in an abnormal time frame, we will refinish it on us.
*We will not warranty items which were damaged as a direct result of customer abuse, improper use, improper installment, etc.*
*Warranty on optics is strictly handled directly through the manufacturer of that optic.* We are not authorized to attempt to diagnose or fix optic issues.
Customer is responsible for making sure that their order is 100% as they want it BEFORE ORDERING. ALL orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. After 24 hours, we will NOT cancel orders. It may have shipped, be in shipping, coating, sent out for nitride, etc.
Once an order has been made, there will be a $20 order change fee for ANY changes made on that order.
Check List For Customer Sent In Work
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you include a list of everything you're sending with your slide and/or optic. We will NOT be responsible for items lost/not found in sent packages if it was not accompanied with a shipping list.
Primary Machine Liability
Primary Machine WILL NOT be held responsible for parts, slides, items, etc shipped to us poorly packaged. This explicitly includes optics NOT sent in their original, OEM packaging. The safest way to ship your optic is in the packaging it came in when you bought it. If you do not, we WILL NOT be responsible for any damage of the optic once you receive it back, as we have absolutely no way of knowing if it was damaged before you sent it, it happened on the way to us, etc. Simply stating on your packing list that the optic is "new and in good condition" or "new with no marks" does not void the above!
