BUIS: Back Up Iron Sight Adapter Plate includes the corresponding front sight.

-Iron Sights: The integrated fiber optic rear sight is .440" tall, giving you a lower 1/3 co-witness. Front Sight height : .370"
-Included Fiber optic rods: Black, White, Red, Green (You choose installed color)
Other: We mill precision pockets for your optic! While many companies will mill an over sized "one size fits all" pocket, ours is precision as per your optic. The cycling of a pistol slide is not gentle. The last thing you want is all that force to simply be on the mounting screws due to an optic pocket milled too big! Screws have been known the shear and break over time due to improperly milled slides.
Trijicon RMR/SRO, and Holosun 507C require an adapter plate which is included in the price when those optics are selected.

Optic cut for my Cz.
First time sending in a slide to get cut for an optic. Very happy with the results and Cerakote job that was done right. Had my Sp-01 cut for a Holosun 507k. Will have my future business for sure.

CZ SP-01/P-01 OPTIC MILLING
The ordering process for optic milling on my CZ SP-01 was easy. I had a question in reference to selecting the correct optic cut and it was promptly answered.
